About "Small Holdings" and the Geelong Advertiser |

- The Geelong Blocks - Successful Applicants
The Small Holdings Board, which, during the months of November & December, dealt with about 3,000 applications for small holdings, submitted its recommendations to the Cabinet. They had been approved of, and the successful applicants for the Geelong blocks were advertised. The area of acreage allotted to each applicant varied from 5 acres to 13 acres.
