David Williams is an artist who works with local groups to produce a book of paintings including buildings, objects, flora and fauna. With his wife Shirley, David has been publishing a book each year based on a region in Victoria. 2001 was the year for the Bellarine Peninsula.

The result is “Potatoes, Piers & Panoramas” - a 3-tiered project : a book, an art exhibition, and the sale of the paintings. There are 170 paintings in the book and additional paintings in the exhibition which just couldn’t fit in the 88 page publication.
