It is in Victoria, Australia.

The boundaries are not rigid but basically cover an arc from the Otways up to a little south of Ballarat, across to Werribee and all points to the south east of that area.

Ocean Grove: Land Titles

Do you want to know who owned your land in Old Ocean Grove?  This database is an ongoing project however it contains at least the original Land Title owners for every allotment in Old Ocean Grove.  The details are on the Geelong and District Blog where major updates will be announced as they occur.  Many old photographs have also been added of some existing older buildings and some long since demolished.

Ocean Grove Races

Click to view larger imageThe Ocean Grove Races were unique in Australia ... a fully fledged horse racing meeting, on a beach, complete with bookmakers, race books and entertainment plus.

The Cup meeting was run annually, starting in 1995 with the last race in 2001.  Photos, race books and history - it's all here.
